Shipping and Customs

• Each exhibitor is responsible for the finalizing all procedures concerning the clearance of the
displayed items, in coordination with its shipping or courier company
• You may ship your exhibiting equipment prior to the show and it will be stored at the venue
customs department until the time of the expo for an additional cost paid directly to the venue
• For shipping out after tear down please go through the same channel you used to ship in your items
• If you do not have a courier please refer to the official shipping company below
