How to maximize the effectiveness of your visit to Egy-Waste & Recycling Expo?

To make your visit effective and maximize the benefit of attending this trade fair you can do the following:
o Check the exhibitors list to identify the exhibitors you would like to meet and prepare your meeting agenda
o Check the activity of your targeted exhibitors to ensure you are visiting the right exhibitor to save your time by purchasing the catalogue at the registration desk
o Check the floor plan to identify the location of these exhibitors to be easy for you to get to them directly
o It’s highly recommended to have your business cards to be at least in English and Arabic will be a plus
o Register ahead using the registration form to attend the exhibition or the conference to avoid long waiting queue time
o If you feel there will be a language barrier and you would need a translator, please contact us to prior to the event to ensure one is provided for you
o If you are an international visitor it is advised to arrive one day prior to the opening day to invest your whole stay as well as check out Travel services and accommodation section especially if you are visiting Egypt for the first time to facilitate your stay
o Despite the fact that ATMs are available at the venue as well as outdoor restaurants in different places however, it’s recommended to always keep some cash on you.
