1. What are the exhibition working hours?

2- How much does it cost to attend Egy Waste Recycling Expo 2020 ?

Entrance to the exhibition is for free , opening ceremony is by invitation .

3- Can I register for visiting the exhibition online and is there a deadline for online registration? How can I confirm my registration?

Yes and the deadline for online registration is from 27 to 29 of October 2022
Shortly after a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail to your e-mail address mentioned in your registration application with a bar code.
You will need to print this e-mail with the bar code and show it onsite at the registration desk.

4- If I registered online as a visitor , when I will receive my entrance badge to the exhibition ?

You can collect your entrance badge at the time you arrive to the registration counter at the exhibition

5- What about the hotels and accommodation facilities ?

6- How can I get the exhibitors list of the show ?

The list of the exhibitors would be ready and published on the website shortly after the show, you can get all the information of all the exhibitors including their contact details by purchasing the event catalogue that is available at the show and could be delivered at your place with a special charge , please refer to the organizer for arranging a copy of the catalogue if you couldn’t get it at anytime

7- Do I need a visa for Egypt ?

Getting visa to enter Egypt is very easy , most nationalities can collect the visa from airport , you need to refer to the Egyptian embassy at your country or to your travel agent to double check the requirements for issuing the visa If you already registered as an exhibitor / or as a visitor , please keep your confirmation document of your participation as a supporting document for applying for the visa .

8- Which is the closest airport to the exhibition venue ?

Cairo International airport is the closest airport , just 15-25 Minutes by car.

9- Can I bring my child to the expo ?

For the safety of your kids , you can only keep the kids at the area close to the exhibition hall ( playground ) under your supervision , kids are prohibited to enter the exhibition hall .

10- Is there any restrictions concerning F&B at the exhibition ?

Many restaurants are available close to the exhibition halls with different cuisines.some of them accepts visa cards while others by cash only.

11- Is there any facilities or discounts for NGOs , Students or researchers concerning the registration fees of the conference or to exhibit at the exhibition ?

As part of the CSR strategy of the organizing company , yes , students, researchers and NGOs enjoy special rates and discounts .
